Hello from your type A, overly caffeinated, sun-chasing, opinionated, travel-loving, chatty friend from Philadelphia.I love exploring new restaurants, cheering for the Eagles (even when they disappoint us), and practicing yoga. In 2025 I became a certified yoga teacher, and have found a great way to connect with my local community by teaching with Yoga 4 Philly, a nonprofit focused on making yoga and meditation accessible to everyone, everywhere.My goal is simple: build a life that feels fun and easy. Not easy because I’m avoiding hard work - quite the opposite actually. I know meaningful things often take effort.
